DEPOSITS
A non-refundable deposit of $45 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service. If the deposit is not received, your appointment will not be reserved. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS
Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
NO-SHOWS
No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment total. If the balance is not paid, you will not be permitted to book future appointments until the balance is cleared. Clients who no-show will be required to pay the full cost of any future service in advance when booking.
LATE ARRIVALS
We ask all clients to arrive on time to ensure the best possible service. There is no late fee; however, late arrivals may receive a shortened appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule at our discretion. In such cases, our cancellation and rescheduling policies will apply.
FOREIGN REFILLS
We do accept clients with work done elsewhere. A $45 consultation fee is required prior to your appointment and will go toward your service. If the existing lash work does not meet our standards, we may require a full removal and new set to ensure the health of your natural lashes.
AFTER-HOURS APPOINTMENTS
Appointments booked before 8:00 AM, after 5:00 PM, on weekends, holidays, or as a squeeze-in are subject to an additional fee of $50–$200, depending on time and day.

Tips are always appreciated and may also be sent via the same platforms.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds for deposits or for services already rendered.
