DEPOSITS
- A $45 deposit (non-refundable retainer fee) is required to hold appointments with Virtue Lash. The deposit goes towards the service. If you choose to not send the deposit, we will not hold the date and time. You will lose the deposit if you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment time.
SAME-DAY CANCELLATION
- Same-day cancellations are required to pay 50% of the appointment.
NO SHOWS
- You will be billed 100% of the appointment’s total amount if you don't show-up. If you decide not to submit the balance you will not be able to reschedule with us until the remaining balance is sent. Clients who have no-shows for appointments will be asked to pay 100% of the total towards their next visit when booking future appointments.
LATE ARRIVALS
- We ask our clients to be on time for their appointment to ensure sufficient time for quality results. While there is no fee for late arrival, the length of the appointment will be reduced due to time restraints. Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the time of the next appointment. While we will try our best to accommodate you, please understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In case of this event, the cancellation and rescheduling policy will come into effect.
FOREIGN REFILLS
- We do perform refill services on work that was not done with us originally. If you currently have lash extensions on, a consultation must be scheduled. The consultation fee of $45 will go towards the service. The previous work must be properly done and approved before receiving your fill with us. If required, the set will be removed and redone entirely for the health of your lashes.
- Foreign fill as an extra cost of $15.
- Fill prices are based on a 40% requirement of extensions; anything less than 20 lashes per eye is considered a "Full- Set" and will be charged accordingly.
AFTER HOURS
- Appointments before (8am) after (5pm), weekends-holidays-squeeze in have an extra fee of $50-200 depending on the time and the day.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINMENT
- Please show up with a bare clean face (no makeup or creams)
- Avoid coffee or energy drinks.
PAYMENT/GRATUITY
- We accept Cashapp/Venmo/Zelle ONLY for deposits.
REFUNDS
- ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS on deposits or services already performed.
